Etymology of a Shopify Store, pt. 1

Hello everyone, 

I am Donita Flippin the creator and lucky owner of Dees Tees and Things!

Have you ever had a dream that you just couldn't shake? Maybe it was starting your own business, traveling the world, or even just learning to juggle. Well, for me, it was creating my own online T-shirt store, Dees Tees and Things. But, as with any dream, there were obstacles in my way.

Ignoring the Negative Whispers

When I first thought about opening an online venture, in my mind was a chorus of negativity. "Who would buy T-shirts online from you?" the said. "It's too risky!" But I didn't let these careless whispers get me down. I knew I had a unique vision and was determined to see it through.

Listening to the Positive Ponderings

Instead of focusing on the defeating thoughts, I sought to listen to the Positive Ponderings in my head. These came from God, family, friends, and "mentors" who cheered me on, believed in my dream, and offered their support every step of the way. With their encouragement, I found the strength to push past the doubts and fears that had been holding me back.

Turning Dreams into Reality

With the positive voices ringing in my ears, I took the leap and launched Dees Tees and Things. I poured my heart and soul into creating unique, eye-catching designs that spoke to my customers. And you know what? People loved them!  online store started to gain traction, and before she knew it, Dee was living her dream.

So, the next time you hear that negative voice in your head telling you that you can't do something, remember this, push past the doubts, listen to the positive voices, and who knows? You might just end up with your own successful online T-shirt store, or whatever dream you're chasing.
